Salt Spray Test

The Salt Spray Test is conducted to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metal components and surface finishes. Products are exposed to a controlled saline mist environment inside a testing chamber, simulating years of exposure to moisture, humidity, and corrosive conditions.

How It Works

Components are placed inside a sealed chamber where a fine salt solution mist is continuously sprayed under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. The samples are monitored over a specified period to assess any signs of rust, corrosion, or coating degradation.

Cycle Test

The Slam Test is designed to evaluate the impact resistance and structural durability of drawer slides when subjected to forceful closing actions. This test verifies that the hardware maintains its integrity and smooth operation even under repeated high-impact use.

How It Works

The drawer slide is mounted on a dedicated slam testing machine , simulating forceful slamming in real-world use. After specified impact cycles, the slide is inspected for deformation, component damage, and functional performance to ensure long-term reliability under demanding conditions.
